The Malone Figure Skating Club has over 60 members ranging in ages 4 - early 20’s. They are all registered members with U.S. Figure Skating. Younger members are registered with Learn to Skate USA and test within the club in Basic Skills. Once they are tested up to Advanced Freestyle, testing is done outside the club in test sessions at area clubs in Canton, Potsdam, Lake Placid and Watertown to name a few. Advanced Freestyle skaters compete in New Hartford, Watertown and Oswego. They will be heading to Lake Placid to compete in the Empire State Games this weekend.

Skaters in the Learn to Skate program can compete at their levels at area clubs in Basic Skills Competitions.

Malone will be hosting their 8th annual Basic Skills Competition on Feb. 8th with skaters coming from Massena, Potsdam, Ogdensburg and Lake Placid.

Our end of season show is Saturday, March 28 at 6 p.m. at the Malone Skating Rink and is open to the public.
