Is your property located within a National Register Historic District or listed in the National Register individually? If so, you might be eligible for state or federal historic tax credits.

Adirondack Architectural Heritage (AARCH) and the Malone Revitalization Foundation Inc. invite the public to attend an informative webinar on the New York State Tax Credit program lead by Frances Stern, historic site restoration coordinator from the state Office of Parks, Recreation & Historic Preservation on July 7 at 6 p.m.

The webinar will provide an overview of the tax credit program, explore what properties are eligible for tax credits, and explain what types of work qualify. It will provide guidance for how homeowners may apply for the tax credit program themselves. This financial resource is helping in rehabilitating historic homes all over New York State.

This event is free to the public and held via Zoom. Upon confirmation, a Zoom link will be emailed to you after you have registered.

For questions and concerns, please contact AARCH Preservation Services Director Christine Bush at christine@aarch.org. Register online at https://forms.gle/Kqe6atXdWvj9Kt3q8 or by calling 518-521-3456.
