n Leeanne King, 50, of Malone and John Berkman, 50, of Burke, were charged by Malone Village Police. King was charged with conspiracy, scheming involving property in excess greater than $1,000, and identity theft. Berkman was charged on Feb. 9, on 18 counts — 16 of those counts involving identity theft. Berkman was also charged with conspiracy and scheming involving property in excess greater than $1,000.

n Shawn Gobin, 23, of Malone, was charged by Malone Village Police with petit larceny and aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.

n Ryan Smith, 30, of Moira, was charged by Malone Village Police with criminal contempt and endangering the welfare of a child.
