Man faces charges

CONSTABLE — A Constable man was arrested and charged with grand larceny, by state police, Tuesday.

James Tucker, 56, of Constable, was arrested for stealing approximately $1,500, while utilizing the victim’s credit card without their permission, according to a state police press release.

Tucker faces one count of grand larceny, according to the press release, and was released with an appearance ticket returnable to Westville Town Court.
