CONSTABLE — A constable woman was arrested for grand larceny by New York State Police, Tuesday.
Jessica Sternisha, 26, of Constable, faces a charge of grand larceny after allegedly using a victim’s debit card to withdraw over $1,000 from the victim’s bank account, according to a press release from the New York State Police.
Additionally, Sternisha is alleged to have used the victim’s card to make several purchases, totaling over $190, according to the press release.
