n Omar Hall, 50, of Kissimmee, Fla., was charged by New York State Police with criminal possession of a firearm, a felony, in connection with an incident in the town of Moira reported to authorities on Sept. 13. Issued an appearance ticket.

n Michael J. Lavare, 27, of Malone, was charged by New York State Police with second-degree forgery, a felony, in connection with an incident in the town of Chateaugay reported to authorities on Oct. 7. Released on his own recognizance.

n Eiythan T. Davenport, 20, of Malone, was charged by New York State Police with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, in connection with an alleged domestic dispute in the town of Malone. Held.

n Craig M. Jesmer, 47, of Dickinson Center, was charged by New York State Police with second-degree criminal impersonation and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both misdemeanors, in connection with an incident in the town of Lawrence. Issued an appearance ticket.

n Ryin M. Doyle, 36, of Malone, was arrested by Malone Village Police on two bench warrants. Doyle had been arrested by village police in May on warrants charging him with violating the terms of his probation. Doyle has multiple arrests on a variety of charges, including driving while intoxicated, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal contempt, over the past four years Arraigned before Malone Town Justice Stephen Stone and committed to the Franklin County Jail in lieu of $200 bail.

n Jacob Tyler, 34, of Gouverneur, was charged by Malone Village Police with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving an vehicle with a suspended registration and failure to surrender suspended plates, all misdemeanors. To appear in Malone Town Court on Oct. 29.
