Tuesday

n Holly A. Rovito, 28, of Malone, was charged by Malone Village Police with second-degree burglary, a felony, after she allegedly followed a person into a residence in the village and assaulted them. Rovito, who was released on parole Aug. 21 after serving a portion of a 1 1/2- to three year sentence stemming from a 2019 conviction in Franklin County Court on two counts of first-degree criminal contempt, was also wanted on a parole warrant and was committed to the Franklin County Jail after her arraignment. She had been charged Saturday with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree criminal trespass, both misdemeanors.

n Nicole M. Johnson, 38, of St. Regis Falls, was charged by Malone Village Police with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor; and failure to stop at a stop sign, a Vehicle and Traffic Law infraction. To appear in Malone Town Court on Sept. 24.

n Kirbie S. Lazore, 29, of Hogansburg, was charged Sept. 1 by St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, all misdemeanors; and driving an uninspected motor vehicle and inadequate brake lights, both Vehicle and Traffic Law infractions. To appear in Bombay Town Court on Sept. 29.
