n Dillon R. Peplow, 22, of St. Regis Falls, was charged by New York State Police with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, in connection with an incident on Franklin Street in the village of Malone. Issued an appearance ticket.

n Danny S. French, 30, of Malone, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor. To appear in Malone Town Court on Aug. 27.
