n Brandy J. Fisher, 27, of Moira, was charged by New York State Police with petit larceny, a misdemeanor, in connection with an incident in the town of Bombay reported to authorities on June 18. Fisher was also charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, third-degree fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle and reckless driving, all misdemeanors, in connection with an incident in the town of Moira reported to authorities on July 24. Fisher has a history of arrests for thefts and was released on parole in July after serving about a year of a two- to six-year prison sentence stemming from a 2017 arrest on charges of fourth-degree grand larceny, second-degree forgery and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Issued appearance tickets.

n Ashley R. King, 30, of Malone, was charged by New York State Police with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors, in connection with an incident on County Route 53 in the town of Bangor. Issued an appearance ticket.

n Sara J. Pritchard, 36, of Malone, was charged by Malone Village Police with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. Released on her own recognizance.
