n Wayne A. Hubbard, 59, of North Bangor, was charged by New York State Police with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, after he allegedly disobeyed a court order by harassing a person in the town of Brandon. Issued an appearance ticket.

n Lisa M. Jimenez, 30, of Rochester, was charged by New York State Police with first-degree promotion of prison contraband, a felony; and second-degree promotion of prison contraband, a misdemeanor, in connection with an incident in the town of Malone. Released on her own recognizance.

n Jordan S. Reynolds, 30, of Malone was charged by Malone Village Police with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. To appear in Malone Town Court on Oct. 1.

n Darin W. York, 51, no hometown listed, was charged by New York State Police with petit larceny, a misdemeanor, in connection with an alleged theft from a building in the town of Dickinson reported to authorities Sept. 11. Issued an appearance ticket.

n Kimberly F. Weidman, 39, of Constable, was charged by New York State Police with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, in connection with an incident in the town of Westville. Issued an appearance ticket.

n Jasmine L. Vermette, 36, of Constable, was charged by New York State Police with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, in connection with the same incident that led to the charge against Weidman. Issued an appearance ticket.

n Jeremiah C. Smith, 20, of Malone, was arrested by Malone Village Police on a bench warrant charging him with failure to appear in court. Smith had originally been charged in February with first-degree disseminating indecent material to minors, a felony; and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, for allegedly sending a photo of himself naked to a 13-year-old girl. He was also charged with a second count of endangering the welfare of a child for allegedly asking another 13-year-old girl to have sexual contact with him. He was subsequently arrested in August on a warrant revoking his release under the supervision of the Franklin County Probation Department while awaiting further court action. Arraigned before Malone Town Justice Stephen Stone and committed to the Franklin County Jail in lieu of $500 bail.

n Christopher Ohlsen, 39, of Malone, was charged by Malone Village Police with disorderly conduct, a violation. To appear in Malone Town Court on Oct. 1.

Austin D. Potter, 20, of Malone, was issued a criminal summons by Malone Village Police charging him with three counts of disorderly conduct, a violation. To appear in Malone Town Court on Sept. 24.

n William R. Gero Jr., 24, of Malone, was issued a criminal summons by Malone Village Police charging him with three counts of disorderly conduct, a violation. To appear in Malone Town Court on Sept. 24.
