Niles, 38, of Moira, was charged by New York State Police with aggravated family offense, a felony; and fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and fourth-degree criminal mischief, both misdemeanors, in connection with a reported domestic dispute in the town of Moira. Released on his own recognizance.
