n Ryan A. Patnode, 23, of Malone, was charged by New York State Police with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, in connection with an incident on State Route 37 in the town of Westville. Issued an appearance ticket.

n Nicholas T. Hynes, 22, of Massena, was charged by Malone Village Police with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a vehicle with a suspended registration and failure to surrender suspended plates, all misdemeanors. Turned over to St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police on a warrant.

n Johnathan Soucia, 23, of Malone, was charged by Malone Village Police with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. Released on his own recognizance.

n Curtis Allen, 22, of North Bangor, was charged by Malone Village Police with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, operating a vehicle with a suspended registration and failure to surrender suspended plates, all misdemeanors; and speed in zone, a Vehicle and Traffic Law infraction. Issued an appearance ticket.

n Gregory A. Burgess, 28, of Malone, was charged by New York State Police with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor, in connection with an incident on Webster Street in the village of Malone. Issued an appearance ticket.
