n Shani L. Holcomb, 29, of Bangor, was charged by New York State Police with petit larceny, a misdemeanor, in connection with an alleged theft from a building in the town of Potsdam. Issued an appearance ticket.
n Jacqueline D. Gervais, 31, of Malone, was charged by Malone Village Police with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both felonies. The charge is Gervais’ fourth drug-related arrest this year. Released on her own recognizance.
