BOMBAY — A Canadian teenager faces a criminal mischief charge after their arrest Friday, for an incident that occurred in Bombay during November 2020.

A 16-year old from Quebec was arrested by state police following an investigation into an individual throwing rocks at a home and breaking a window, according to a state police press release.

The state police investigation revealed the teen was the one who threw rocks at the house, on State Route 95, which resulted in estimated damage totaling nearly $2,000, according to the press release.

The press release states the incident took place on Nov. 29, 2020, and the teen was arraigned virtually in Franklin County Youth Part Court.

The teen was released and is scheduled to appear in Franklin County Family Court at a later date.
