Bruce E. Lamitie, 64, passed away August 20, 2020 in Melbourne, Fl.
Born In Malone, NY on July 22, 1956, he was the son of the late Ethan and Shirley Lamitie. He attended school in Malone.
In 1995 Bruce married Pamela Mulverhill, which ended in divorce. In 2000 he married Dee LaPage, which ended in divorce.
In his younger days he played in local bands; “Blushing Brides” and “The Jimmy Carter Show”, then came home and joined “Second Shift”. He raced motocross, and enjoyed watching Nascar. He loved all things, especially bass fishing, he enjoyed cooking and was a chef for many years at various restaurants. He owned and operated Tony’s Bar in Constable. He was also a DJ for a short time.
He is survived by his step children, Darcy Fleming, Danielle and her husband Walter Gratton, Courtney LaPage and her companion, Ryan Iby, Kaela and her husband, Andrew Bonesteel, Keishe Smith and Kenny Preston, Kagen Smith and his companion, Cara Rushlow and Kodey Smith. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Halle, Ryant, Avangelene, Layla, Brinley, Trent, Brynn, Brystal, Brennan and Briell; his Aunt Charlene Andrews of Malone and several cousins and friends.
Besides his parents he was predeceased by a grandson, Drake James Gratton.
