Helen LeClair, 96, formerly of Chateaugay, died Friday, August 7, 2020 in Eustus, Florida.
Born on October 26, 1923 in Ellenburg, NY, she was the daughter of Amos and Louise (LeClair) LaBombard.
Helen was married to Dewey LeClair on July 15, 1942. He predeceased her on August 1, 2014.
She was a communicant of St. Patrick’s Church, Chateaugay and a member of the Catholic Daughters.
Helen is survived by her three daughters and their spouses, Alma and Terry Cable of Eustis, FL, Iris and Paul Walton of Fort Walton Be. Florida, Lila and Tom Herbst of Penfield, NY; three granddaughters, Col. Brande Walton of Florida, Casey Herbst Barrett of Virginia, Brittany Sculli and her husband, Nick of NY; three great-grandchildren, Kaiden Barrett, Emilyn Sculli and Nicholas Sculli IV.
Besides her husband, Helen is predeceased by her parents; son, Alan LeClair in 2018; and siblings, Clarence, Delore, Maynard, Armedie, Pearl, Herbie, Harold, Harry and Donald.
