Rhonda was born in Malone, New York and graduated from Salmon River High School. She worked as a Certified Nurses Assistant at Alice Hyde for approximately 20 years before retiring on disability due to the advanced Rheumatoid Arthritis. She was an active person that enjoyed hiking, bicycling, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing with her husband. She also adored her pet dogs and cats.
Rhonda was vaccinated against Covid-19, but was immune compromised from her long battle with Rheumatoid Arthritis. When she was in the ICU, she was the only vaccinated person for the past four months. Her message: please get vaccinated and take reasonable precautions such as masking in public, before her tragedy becomes part of your family.
