On May 18th, I’d like to ask for your vote for incumbent Malone Central School Board member Donna Kissane. This year was a year like no one could ever have imagined. There were so many positive members of our community that sat on committees, volunteering many hours of their time to sort through reams of information with the sole purpose of finding the best way to provide for students’ needs along with their education. Donna Kissane worked tirelessly to report the most up to date data information, vaccine, and best practices information about COVID-19 to our School District. Donna has always worked for the best interest and safety of all of our children and school staff. Her help and information has been invaluable.

As a board member it is of the utmost importance to be a responsible steward of taxpayers dollars, while providing the best education and learning environment possible for our children. Donna Kissane has done this by always taking a very active part in budget development, while serving on the District’s Facility, Auditing and Policy committees. Again this year, through State Aid, and the handling of Capital Reserves and EPC funds, there will not be any increases to the taxpayers. The proposed $28.2 million capital improvement project will not raise taxes. I would again, like to ask for your vote for Donna Kissane, May 18th at the Franklin Academy Gym Lobby, noon to 8pm. Thank you for your support for our schools and children.
