MALONE — Franklin Academy volleyball won its third straight game since dropping a straight set match to Canton, with a sweep over Brushton-Moira on Monday — 25-7, 25-14, 25-6. The win improves the Huskies to 11-1 while the Panthers drop to 0-10.

Mackenzie Lane finished with four kills and a team-high 13 aces. Vail St. Hilaire had nine kills and five aces.

Franklin Academy girls soccer, behind two early goals from Cameran Stone defeated Norwood-Norfolk on Monday, 2-1. The Huskies outshot the Flyers on goal, 8-4 and defended an early 2-0 lead built in the closing 15 minutes of the opening half. Whitney St. Hilaire and Leanna Lewis each recorded an assist on feeds to Stone. Franklin Academy goalkeeper Gina Norcross finished with four saves.

MASSENA 5, SALMON RIVER 0

Massena girls soccer on Monday preserved its 16-0 undefeated record with a 5-0 win over Salmon River. The Shamrocks fall to 2-12 on the season. Mia Leroux finished the game for Salmon River with 14 saves.
