MALONE — Subscribers to the Malone Telegram’s print and digital products now have access to an additional way to consume content from the local newspaper.
The Malone Telegram E-edition is now part of every subscription package.
The E-edition is available on the newspaper’s website mytelegram.com and is a digital replication of the print product.
“The E-edition is not a replacement of the printed paper, but meant to be supplementary,” Alec E. Johnson, president and chief operating officer of Johnson Newspaper Corp. said. “It is the digital replica of the day’s curated edition of the paper in the format you know from print, accessible anywhere in the world by computer, phone or tablet.”
The E-editions are archived on the web site.
“If you have lost the paper, or recycled it before taking advantage of an advertisement or reading a story, you can look it up on the E-edition,” Mr. Johnson said.
For digital subscribers, the E-edition offers the advertising and features available only in the print edition. For print subscribers the E-edition is ready when they are.
“The E-edition is a convenient way to get delivery of the Telegram every morning,” Johnson Newspaper Vice President of Audience Gary Valik said. “The paper is available very morning at 6 a.m. on MyMaloneTelegram.com. You can read it like a traditional newspaper, or you can search stories by topic and section. You can receive the digital version of the paper wherever you are and keep up to date on the happenings of Franklin County and Malone when away from the North Country. No need to worry about stopping and restarting the paper.”
Digital subscriptions to the Telegram are $9.99 for 30 days, while print subscriptions start at $18.07 per month.
Print subscribers automatically receive digital subscriptions.
